1. Product Nature & Customization

All our products are handcrafted and custom-made. Slight variations in colors, poses, or designs may occur and are part of the charm of handmade work.

Once an order is confirmed and production begins, changes in design, photo references, or delivery timelines may not be possible.

For customized orders, your inputs (photos, names, messages) must be provided clearly and correctly. We are not responsible for errors in personalization due to incorrect information shared.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been made via our accepted payment methods.

You will receive an order confirmation email or message once your payment is successfully processed.

In case of any payment issues, please contact us immediately.

3. Processing Time & Delivery

Custom orders usually take 7–15 working days depending on complexity, size, and order volume.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order. Please note, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. courier delays, festivals, natural events).

We are not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched from our end.

4. Shipping & Packaging

We ensure all our products are securely packaged for safe delivery. If your package is damaged in transit, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

We ship across India (and internationally upon request). Delivery charges may vary based on location and order weight.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

You receive the wrong product

Your item is damaged or broken upon delivery (with proof)

In eligible cases, we offer a replacement or partial refund based on the issue.

Refunds or replacements will not be processed for minor artistic variations or change-of-mind scenarios.
