Bulk or Complex Orders: 10–15 working days

Urgent Orders: Subject to availability (extra charges may apply)

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your product is ready and quality-checked, we carefully pack and dispatch it using trusted courier partners.

Domestic Delivery (India): 3–7 working days depending on your location

International Delivery: 7–15 working days (Available on request)

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., remote locations, weather disruptions, public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

India: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery pincode. Some offers may include free delivery.

International: Charges vary by destination and weight. Kindly contact us directly for international orders.

We take great care in packaging your gifts using bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and fragile item protection. Every order is handled like a memory — delicate and irreplaceable.

To claim any damage during transit, please:

Record a clear unboxing video

Share it with us within 24 hours of delivery

Without unboxing proof, we may not be able to process replacement claims.
