At MyClayMini, each product is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted with love and made especially for you. As we work on a made-to-order basis, every project involves dedicated time, materials, and creative effort from the moment it’s confirmed.

Here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds fairly and clearly:

1. Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours (With Valid Reason): If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it and provide a valid reason for cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.

After 24 Hours: We do not accept cancellations once we’ve begun crafting or preparing your order, as resources are already in use and the item is being made specifically for you.

To request cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately via WhatsApp or email and mention your order ID and reason.

2. Returns & Refunds

Since every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Subjective expectations (e.g., “it looked different in my mind”)

Minor design differences or imperfections that are part of the handmade process

Incorrect details (like names/photos) provided by the customer

We only accept returns/replacements if:

You receive a damaged item

You receive a completely wrong product

To qualify, you must:

Send us a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery

Ensure the item is unused and in original condition

3. Refund Eligibility

If your return request is approved:

We may issue a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit, depending on the situation

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

All our creations are 100% handmade, and natural variations in shape, color, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects — rather, they reflect the authenticity of handcrafted art and are part of the product’s charm.
